The membership benefits listed in this section is to be honored by outlets in Grand Hyatt Doha as specific for Grand Privilege members during the Membership Term.

Card Benefits

1. Dining Benefit
   a. Members shall receive a twenty five percent (25%) discount off their food bill, any time, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) diners ♦ Valid at all participating outlets except Isaan ♦ Not valid during the Friday Brunch
   b. Members shall receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount at Isaan, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) diners
   c. Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on any Friday Brunch, for up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) diners
   d. Members shall receive a fifty percent (50%) discount of food and beverage when four (4) or more people are dining at Majlis Restaurant

Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership Card/App must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill • All food and beverage must be purchased during the outlets’ operating hours, and ordered from the outlets’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons” • The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions, through room service or take away orders; (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the program; © meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates (d) black-out dates and (e) outlets managed by a third party

1. Beverage Benefit: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, up to a maximum group size of twelve (12) people dining. Conditions: Only one card per table • Membership App must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount • Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill

2. Members Day Benefit: Members Day to be held once in a month at Rocca, offering a 50% off food and beverage, excluding alcohol for members dining with six (6) or more people

3. Preferred Room Rate: Members shall receive a ten percent (15%) off the best available rate of the day. Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Reservations must be made at least forty eight hours (48 h) in advance quoting a valid membership number • Members need not be present at the time of their guests check-in • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability • Membership number must be provided at time of advance reservation for member and/or guest • Rate restrictions apply and benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or negotiated special rate

4. Recreational Facilities Benefit: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) off the day entry to enjoy hotel’s recreational facilities.

5. Spa Treatment Benefit: Members shall receive a twenty percent (20%) off any Spa Treatments including massages. Conditions: Rate restrictions apply and benefit cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional or negotiated special rate • Valid during weekdays only • Not valid on Friday and Saturday

6. 7. eCERTIFICATE BENEFITS Mobile App includes set of Grand Privilege eCertificates, containing the following eCertificates for use at Grand Hyatt Doha, with terms & conditions as mentioned on each eCertificate:

a. 1 x QAR 200 Cash eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to the value of two hundred Riyals (QAR 200), for full or part payment off food and beverage or towards room accommodation, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.
b. 1 x Complimentary Set Menu Lunch eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary set menu lunch for two (2) people, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha • Valid at all participating outlets except Santa Monica Breakfast Club
c. 1 x House Wine or Soft Drink eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate valid for one (1) complimentary bottle of house wine or carafe of soft drink to be enjoyed when there are two (2) or more people dining, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.
d. 1 x Birthday or Anniversary eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate for a complimentary two pound (2 lb) / one kilogram (1 kg) birthday or anniversary cake when two (2) or more people are dining, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.
e. 1 x Complimentary Slice of Cake eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to enjoy one (1) complimentary slice of cake on a purchase of two (2) cups of coffee, when dining at Biscotti, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.
f. 1 x Happy Hour Extension eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to enjoy an extension of the ‘happy hour’ timings by an additional one hour, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha • Not valid on Fridays

j. 2 x Complimentary Pool Access eCertificates: Two (2) eCertificates to enjoy complimentary access to the hotel’s beach and outdoor swimming pools from Saturday to Thursday, for two (2) people, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha • Not valid for redemption at the indoor pool facilities • Not valid on Friday, public holidays and black-out dates
k. 1 x Health Club Membership eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate for a twenty percent (20%) discount on the annual health club membership fee, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha
l. 1 x ‘3 for 2’ Room Night eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate to enjoy the 3rd night complimentary, when paying for the 1st two nights at the best available rate of the day, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha.
m. 1 x Complimentary Spa Treatment eCertificate: One (1) eCertificate, to enjoy a thirty (30) minutes complimentary treatment when purchasing a sixty (60) minute treatment, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha • Complimentary treatment should be redeemed at the same time of purchase of 60 minute treatment • Not valid on Friday and Saturday

1. Referral Benefit: Upon submission of the names of a minimum of five (5) friends or colleagues to be solicited for potential membership, member shall receive, for any such friend or colleague who purchases a membership, one (1) complimentary brunch for two (2) people, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha ♦ Valid at Isaan only. Conditions: A maximum of one (1) eCertificate per member per year.

2. Renewal Benefit: Upon renewal of membership, member shall receive:
   a. Complimentary Friday Lunch Buffet eCertificate: One (1) complimentary Friday lunch buffet for two (2) people while dining at Isaan, valid at Grand Hyatt Doha
   b. Complimentary Spouse Membership: One (1) complimentary spouse membership card. Spouse members receive the same member benefits as members but excluding any and all eCertificates i.e. valid only for member benefits associated directly with the membership card. With the exception of countries where it is customary for spouses not to take on the same family name, spouse members must have the same family name as the member
